I never smoked these before so I figured I would try some.
Picked them up a few weeks ago and froze them.



I'm doing one with Jeff's Rub, one with Durkees Chic & Rib Rub and one plain. I just split some fire wood and I'm using some small strips of Cherry wood. My first time using cherry.


I have some seasoned taters on also.. Now i just have to wait 4 hours.. I'm gonna be eating late tonight

Those look like they'll be tasty! Cherry wood is such a great wood on pork, you're sure to love the flavor!

Very Moist and nice taste. The Cherry wood is a nice soft smoke flavor. I put some Sweet Baby Rays on the Plain rack..
