Pork jackpot woohoo!

Just got back from the store and found pork shoulder on sale for $0.99/lb and center cut loin for $1.99/lb. What a great find. I am going to try my hand at buckboard and back bacon with these. I got a second butt that will be making some pastore tacos. A good start to the day! Happy smoking!

Scored a pork loin last week at 1.99 and this week Hormel butts are on sale for .88/lb. Picking up a few and looking forward to trying BBB as well. I've got a lot of curing to do with a pork belly, pork loin, eye of round, and now butts.
