Finally back to grilling and soon smoking. I haven't posted for two months while we were doing a patio extension, pavers, misting system, electrical and plumbing. All during the hottest part of an AZ summer. The final part will be the wood fired oven that I will be building from scratch.
Here's the first outdoor cook in a couple of months. Pork chops over a charcoal fire, and my wife did the sweet corn and potatoes with onion. It's good to be back.

Doing double duty along with the ribeye. Nice.

That's like grilled pork chop perfection! Nice.

Temps have been down right comfortable around here which is a welcome change. Glad you're back to cooking outside. Food taste better when it's cooked outside. Looking forward to picks of the wood fire oven.
