Pork Canitas | Mexican Smoked Pulled Pork

I had a whole pork shoulder available to me, and I saw Malcom Reed make pork carnitas in a video on his Youtube channel, and it looked fantastic. I decided to make his recipe, and I recorded it for my channel. Check it out!

Well, that looks really, really good, I could demolish half that for ya and then think about asking for seconds.
Bunch of hot corn tortillas, guacamole, cilantro/onions and pico de Gallo... Oh hell yeah.
Like!
I'm just not sure if I personally could label it Carnitas since carnitas is all about the cooking method.
But I'd be danged if I'd turn a plate of it away, no sir, no way!

Authentic Carnitas, give these a try if ya like.
You're right there, just finish cubing the pork and change the cooking method.
