Me too. Started 2 months ago. Butt was just under 7 lbs. temp was as good as I could hold stayed 240-260 the whole time. With smoke 4.5 hours. The just at temp until internal temp was 200 -11 hours for that to happen. Then wrapped in foil and placed in cooler for an hour then pulled it and put my finishing sauce on it

Being electric mine was slow smoke over night. 8lb ended up at just over 13 hours @ 225 for 1, and just over 15 for the other. No foil at all.
