I ended up using 1.25 Pop brine and injecting. I did not realize these Ziploc's I bought where zipper. I hate those. Maybe will hold. Set bacon I am curing on top to help sink.

Did you inject it ? Does it have a bone ?

Hoping will come out like ham. Have not figured out what temp to cook to yet?

What temp should I cook this to? I was thinking 165 but not sure. Think give it another injection tomorrow and cook Saturday.

I take mine to 152 - ish ,,, Just how I like it . 165 works . If you injected it good already I would let it ride like it is . I just did one , ran smoker at 130 for 6 hours with smoke then bumped temps to finish ham at mid 150 's .

Agree. I go to about 150-155. Takes 30 hours for my big hams.
