Smoked a pork belly for 4 hours in the MES. Just before it was done, it started to rain. Not complaining as WE NEED RAIN! . Sliced up and served with a salad of tomato, mushroom, green onion and italian dressing.
There was also bbq sauce and made up a batch of cornbread from a mix. Tasty all round. Very little talking aside from yum and good job! :D
