I smoked a 3 lb piece of pork belly, perfect for the 3 of us, this afternoon. Ran the MES for 4 hours at 260F. Used cherry wood. It was quite tasty. Had some bbq sauce from last night's dinner, a Tyler Florence recipe.

Sorry, no leftovers.

My wife made a simple salad to go with it.
