Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Getting some pork belly strips happy for some burnt ends on the pellet pooper. 275* for a few hours.

Yum. I did these over the weekend and they came out great.

That's a meaty looking belly! nice score! Do you go straight smoke? or foil pan with some fixin's at the end? Like for sure!

You ever do them fully cubed prior to smoking for more surface area? Just curious, don't wanna knock anyone's methods or reasoning.

Ready to cube.

Tossed with some butter, brown sugar and homemade sauce. Cover and back on for 1.5 hours.

I use Head Country allot.

I don't know, I just noticed it yesterday, but I've had computer problems for 2 weeks.
He probably did it under the cover of Darkness, because I'm sure his Heart is still in PA.
