I never miss an opportunity to fire up the UDS and today is no exception! Got a 10.5lb shoulder in the smoke right now rubbed with dominator by oakridge, just wrapped it at 163..
I have seen alot of people doing pork belly burnt ends and i thought thatd be a nice mid cook snack and my goodness! im convinced heaven is made of smoked belly!
I put them on rubbed with some pork rub already cubed to get rub on all sides for 3 hours, then wrapped them in foil with some apple cider vinegar, bbq sauce and a tablespoon of butter for 1.5 hours.. then unwrapped, glazed with bbq sauce for another half hour
