pork bellies ?

wanna do some but i have not done a cold smoke as of yet. heres a pic of a smoke generator im working on. what temps do i need for bellies. thanks

For a cold smoke I think you want to keep it under a 100°
cool tank ya got there, what was it? A medgas bottle?

yea this is just my grill/firepit/trash burner& smoke generator testing tank.
