This looks great! I read Pops information on the link. (Thank you for adding it) I can do this! Question for you....all I have for a meat grinder is my Gramd Mothers manual one. It works well on ham and other things. Could it work for this?

Yup you can use that. I used a manual grinder till I recently got my electric one. I used it to make Pops sausage & it worked fine. http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/130207/1st-attempt-at-sausage-using-recipe-posted-by-pops
 
Yup.. I made some about a week ago... that stuff is scrumptious... next time a little less salt for me... looking good Craig
I cut the salt an ounce...

Added 1/2 ounce garlic...and a pinch of fennel.

Ended up with 3 dozen pattys..

B----the grinder parts in the sink on your thread look like mine.  Mine is an old Universal manual that attaches to the counter.  LOL....but I have the stuff to make some.  Maybe this weekend!

That looks great my kids would have all that gone in no time they love sausage patties. Need to find some pork butts on sale.
