Made my usual poppers, cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese with sausage wrapped in bacon. Was doing ribs today along with some poppers, put some BBQ sauce on a few to do a test. Wow they came out real good I guess I got another was to do them. I used an apple jalapeno BBQ sauce a little heat and a little sweetness I got off a web site. You can make your own they supply the recipe or buy it premade.
