Pool Party Food

I was invited to a July 4th pool party. The host has had my ribs, brisket and pulled pork and also been to my crawfish boils. He is having about 50 people kids and adults over and asked me to bring something other than pulled pork as another friend has already asked to bring it. he wanted me to do a crawfish boil with fixins but I didn't want to spend a couple hundred $s.

What are some good ideas for smoked meat tasties I could bring without breaking the bank? I have not ventured out past easy smokes like ribs, shoulders, brisket as I have only been smoking for a couple years. Any ideas/help would be appreciated.

Chicken! Don't think you can get much cheaper than that and everybody likes it.

As Dave said "Chicken". Pretty easy, inexpensive and good for those that don't want pork etc.

I know that they take alot of time but I like to take Brisket to get to gathers..Just did one last Sunday . They are only around 30 bucks and taken to 187* IT and sliced up real even on a plater and you just cant go wrong...

I just went to Roll Call and intro'd myself so you all would get idea of my level of smokiness. Kinda new and brisket intimidates me. Only have done 1. I like all the ideas so far, wanna try em

I would second the pork shots. Easy to make and they won't last long at the party.
