Looking good Bear! I love catfish and eat it often in the summer as I slay them on a nearby reservoir. It’s a deepl clean rock bottom reservoir so the fish is delicious. For a minute with country “surf” I thought you might be cooking crawdads. I’ve caught them in the creeks , boiled the tails and dip in butter.

Thanks Jcam!
I've always caught mostly Bullheads in the Delaware where the bottom is without rocks, and Channel Cats in the areas with rocky bottoms. They're all good, especially when caught in the Spring & Early Summer.

You got Crawdads worth eating in Ohio???
All we got around here are only good for Bass-Bait.

Works better with CI heat up real hot and place season fish in the pan no oil. A lot of smoke flip over and do the other side.

Warren

Thanks Warren!!
We got rid of our CIs years ago. We never took good care of them.
