Any other suggestions besides mustard and cheese?

BBQ sauce 50% ketchup 50% is my go to, don't forget the onions.
Damn, I need to make me one soon. I've got some sirloin and a bag of saved up beef fat in the freezer, I just need to pick up a nice fatty brisket to grind up together.
I need more burger and chili grind as well, I like the combo of the finer burger grind mixed with the coarse chili grind, for meatloaf and burgers.
Brisket smash burgers are heavenly.
