Was going to do pulled pork shoulder tacos for a surprise bday dinner tomorrow. Surprise was on me. Local Sams was outta pork shoulder. Pulled pork dead. 14lb brisket now in play. Thinking chopped with a Mexican flare. Any ideas?
 
Add Cumin and chili powder to the rub and it will give it a great Mexican flare .

Same thing goes with pork butts. I use cumin, chili powder and Mexican oregano.

Good luck, take some pictures of the finished product.
