Rolled out pizza dough on a pizza stone. Add pizza sauce, veggies (yellow pepper, green onion, mushrooms & olives). Top that with pepperoni and a generous coating of 3 cheeses. The beer BTW does not go IN the pizza but is for the pizza makers.
I had Oki Joe set up for an indirect cook with wood chip smoker box on top of hot coals. I used hickory wood chips. I split coals into a Hot-Cold-Hot with water pan in cold area. The pizza stone goes on the grill above cold area. Close the lid and enjoy the sunshine and a cold one for 45 minutes. Bottom gets decent crust to it. Cheese goes GB&D. Divvey it up and mangia! We each put some olive oil or balsamic on top for added flavour.
