Got up at 2am. Couldn't sleep. And got hungry. And I'm not a confirmed breakfast food only type of person for breakfast.
For the dough:
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water (100 to 105 degrees)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 teaspoon minced fresh basil or 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

I used my bread machine for this. Add all ingredients. And set your bread machine to the dough setting. I did need to add
another TBS of water to get the dough to form fully.
After it was finished.Remove, punch down.
I portioned out enough for the pizza. And placed it in a lightly greased CI pan.And covered to rise.
The rest I made into breadsticks for tonight. And let them rise in a covered and greased pan.
After the pizza dough has risen. I added the toppings. And put in a preheated 375 degree oven until done.
The pizza was delicious!

Out of the machine. And into a covered bowl.

Separated and into the CI pan. Let rise.

Start the build. I used a spicy pepper and onion sauce.

Toppings.

And more toppings. This is a Red Wine peppered salami. Love this stuff.

After 20 minutes at 375 degrees.

Out of CI pan. Rest for 5 minutes. Then dig in!

There's never a bad time for pizza! I couldn't sleep well either, but I feel playing on my phone was a very poor choice now!

Pizza looks/sounds amazing! Great job!

That's some good looking pizza, and all I had was a coffee and a smoke and off to work:emoji_disappointed:

Nice . That looks great . That salami looks fantastic . I thought it was mortadella until I saw the pepper corns .
Nice work .

That looks great Steve, Like! I'm always in the market for a new pizza dough recipe, I've got this bookmarked and will be giving it a shot soon. RAY

Just wow! Looks delicious. Very nice Steve!

Looks great Steve! Here in Ga. it's difficult to find good "Jersey" pizza, so this is really great to see. Thanks. I don't classify foods as Breakfast, Dinner, either. Enjoy!

Thanks! This is also very good as breadsticks for dipping in oil or marinara.

Looks excellent. Couple slices of that and would be ready for the nap. Lol
Thank you! I just got up from a 2 hour nap!

Thanks! I did take a nap. Told the wife to wake me up in 2 hours. She though I meant at 2PM! Lucky for me, I got up in 2.5 hours.
