Does anyone out there own a Pit Boss made by ABS? If so do you have trouble getting rotessire area over 250 degrees. How do you get that area hotter? Thanks
 
rugby,  morning and welcome to the forum....  Most smokers are designed for low temps and slow cooking, which is what Q is all about....  Learning how to cook at low temps, below 250, is an art and worth the time....    Dave
