Good day all you smokers out there

so I recently purchased a pit boss pellet grill, I had a junk Traeger and took it back (horrible tech support) just fired this up last night and didn't seem to put out much smoke, I even adjusted the P setting to 6, the grill was still reading 190-195 and this was last night a cool Colorado evening, any ideas on how to produce more smoke and keep the temp down for smoking as well, I would think more around 150-170 range for the temp??

.

Disregard my last except Traeger having horrible tech support, I played around with the new 700FB and man this thing is nuts on temp, I had to go to P7 (the highest) on this to get it where I wanted it but it sat at 180 steady and I got smoke about every 2.5 mins, I checked and the higher temps would take like 10 mins to stabilize but this smoker is right on temps, I am very excited now to smoke a couple chickens this weekend, this thing is huge compared to the Traeger too, I'm pretty sure I would do 4 chickens if I took the top rack out

YEAH ME
