I'm learning that a guy shouon't be hungry when he views the Q-view. Looks outstanding. The smell must be something.

Thanks gang. The taste was great. It's been a while since I've smoked a butt and for the life of me can't figure out why. I used layers of different rubs and juice spritzing. I would say it was a personal best. Guess you had to be here.

Right now I have a pork loin in the gasser that is just about finished. Hope it's as good as the rest of the food.
