Just thought I would share this with you all. It's a 40+ suckling pig I did up on my grill a couple of years ago for a 4th of July party.
Cooking time was only about 4 1/2 hours a lot shorter then I thought it would be but with all the other cooking I was doing that was fine with me. I ended up cooking 25# of burgers, lost track of the hot dogs, 20# of chicken quarters and about 2 pans of brats in beer, onions and green peppers.

So here ya go not in to much order.

Good looking roasting and grilling session. Looks like the pig was a pretty good load for that long spit rod! I'm guessing that grill is in the 60" range, good size anyway. I need one about that big, but then, most of my big outdoor feeds are smoked.
