Im not sure if a Dial up user could evem view the slideshow?

No special occasion, it was my First and Second smoke.

Although my second smoke with the ATBT were nasty, I used one of those cream cheese recipes.
I like it better with Just the 3 cheeses a bit of rub and JD Hot.


Pork was incredible, 27 hours to cook seemed a bit long, puleed it out at 190

The fatties were good, had some left over and Froze it, took it camping with the guys, sliced it and fried it for breakfast...very good.

The peppers freeze well too I was suprised. I did try doing banana peppers also, but they dont hold up as well as the Jalapenos.
And it is EXTREEEMELY important to poke the hole in the bottom, I missed a few and they were mush!

My first sandwich with the pulled pork was on a potato roll with coleslaw and Carolina Hot sauce, not the red...I was very pleased and so was the extended family and my neighbor!
