well I am 3 days into this pickle ferment and I'm seeing some surface bubbles, but supervmans recipe calls for jarring and the fridge at this time, but the sites say 2 to 3 weeks. any advice?
new to this site, but been lurking around some other sites. i saw this pickle recipe and can remember when my granny used to do it, brought back memories. gonna do me a batch.
