I have been using my MES 30" for about 6 months now and feel it is time to experiment with something new. I found a WSM 18" on Facebook marketplace for $150 w/cover. In the pictures it looks to be in pretty good shape. Any suggestions or pointers would be great!

Thanks!

Make sure all the parts are there. Lid, upper and lower grates, mid-section, door, lower section, charcoal ring, and charcoal grate. Not to mention the vents. Look for damage like is it out-of-round. Out-of-round may not be a deal breaker unless it's really bad. Then if all goes well read up and enjoy it.

Yup . Watch the out of round . I've found them stored in a garage , ever so slight bump with the car . Put it together , spin the body on the bottom , and spin the lid on the body . Make sense ?
