Thanks for all the likes. You all amaze me with the pics of your cooks. It's like Ya'll have a photographer taking pics as you go.
I plan on taking pics but once I get started preparing. My hands get dirty then I forget to take some before getting grill/smoker ready. Then once I start cookin I get busy and there's more missed pics. Things start finishing up and seems like I'm twice as busy. More last second thoughts on pics. Then it's over and to late. LoL

Sometimes my wife get frustrated with me because I gotta take a picture or 2 before we can eat.

$6.99/lb at Costco in NC and Texas. Just did another one.

So almost a year later and another picanha on a new kettle toy. Pulled it at 135 and let it rest 15-20. Wife witnessed. It sure turned out red but I got asked to cut the rest of it up.

I love it! Thanks for the link. I already have 2 rotisserie set ups or I would have ordered that as soon as I opened the link. I have too many attachments if there is such a thing. My poor wife just shakes her head.
