Here's a picture of the 2 chickens we just devoured. This was my first smoke and thanks to you guys and this site they were delicious. Thanks again!

1st soaked in brine for 4 hrs, then rubbed with lemon pepper and cajun spice. I also mixed garlic and butter and put it under the skin on the breast. Everyone loved it. Next time I want to try smoke with no other treatment just to see the difference.
 
Mighty fine looking chickens you have there. Can't wait to see what else comes out of that smoker. Good job.
