Has anyone figured out how to bring multiple pics from Photobucket to the Forum Post other than one at a time....I see some of the post with many pics and wander if they are also doing it one at a time ???

I beleive one at a time is the only way to do it. Cut and paste each one individually. For one the insert image function on this message board only allows one line for the image script.

Another way may be to put all the pictures you want posted in a specific thread in one album on Photobucket. You would then need to make that a public album in your Photobucket account. Once that is done rather than post the individual images in the thread you would post a link to that public album.
Viewers would then click on the link in your thread which would take them to that album of images in your Photobucket account.

Now I have always had to cut and paste individual photos from photobucket. But now it seem as if the pictures have a shelf life and they have decided that nobody here needs to see my pictures for longerthen maybe a couple of weeks. They have posted a moved or deleted sign in my photos place several times. I have looked at my settings and I'm having trouble contactin them with my questions too. Maybe it's the free part that causing me to loose my pictures but that to would been nice to know when I set this account up. Has anyone here had that problem with photobucket.????

Ever since I've been on this forum, I've had better luck with the site below:

www.tinypic.com

click browse

click to resize (640 X 480)

click upload

copy and paste... your done

I had trouble with "Photobucket", and got that link from somebody on this forum. Works great for me. It is still one picture at a time though.

Hmm..never have had problems with any pictures being deleted that I didn't do myself. I have had a PB account for quite a few years. I do have some minor glitches with them. For instance when I upload a pic I get a message that says upload failed. But the picture is there in my album and I can perform all the functions with it. I have heard reports of viruses etc on PB but as of yet I have not encountered anything.
I doubt that having a free account has anything to do with your pictures being deleted unless you are using more memory than you are allowed??

I must have nearly 500 photo's uploaded but don't have that problem..

Some old post that I have looked at by other members....quite often the pics from Photobucket have been deleted...didn't think there was a time limit....if so it is probably here on SMF....

Did you rename, move, or delete any albums or photos at the Photobucket site? That should be the only thing that causes the image to not be accessible from the thread here.

This won't help you load multiple pics at one time, but it may be faster than using the flash pic icon.

First you need to know there is a maximum of 15 pic allowed in a post. If you are a paying customer the limit might be higher.

Paste the bbcode into your smf message.

Step 1, On your photobucket page, you will see under the pic the bbcode for forums for your pic. Highlight the code and hit Ctrl C or right click and hit copy.

Step 2. Paste the img code in your SMF message. "shift insert" or Ctrl V or left click hit paste

If you are doing a several pics, grab the code and insert each pic before preview. Note as soon as you hit preview the flash programming converts to the pic in your Message dialog box. So avoid previewing until you have everything where you want.

Certainly you can

This is how I do it

First check all the pictures see drawing 1

Then press the button = Generate HTML and IMG code = bottom right in blue

Than copie and paste all the links in = IMG images for message boards =

and place them in your message

I hope to help many of you wiht that
