Bear This is what thirdeye is talking about they are not soft dough as is the can biscuits. They would not work for you pizza. They are like and look like a regular hand made biscuit. Even Chef JJ thought the were excellent for bought biscuits. We use them all the time.

That larger bag came from Sam's club in the other stores they usually have 22 biscuits in the package.

Heheee, dangerous because there are so many choices. once we had 3 kinds in the freezer, so it was too convenient. On the good side, everyone gets their choice and with no leftover to eat for a midnight snack.
