Since I live in New Mexico, and having Hatch Chilies readily available, I don't use much hot sauce.
Just put the Chilies on everything.

Nice list. I agree with the number 2 one that homemade is best. I’ll have to try that coffee idea in one of my sauces this summer. I swear that for the money you just cannot beat El Yucateco habanero sauces. < $3 a bottle and fantastic.

I tried the Yellowbird Habanero yesterday to spice up a hot dog ..... and be careful how much you use, it really is " hot " sauce 🔥:emoji_flushed:🥵

But it did add a good flavor.

I bought some Sam's Choice Mango Habanero pickles at WalMart. Eating them alone out of the jar, they were too hot for me, but when I put them on a sandwich or a burger the heat lessened and they added a great flavor.

Not sure I understand that. But I better learn, I've got a habanero plant on the verge of producing a lot of peppers.

The flavor of habanero is amazing. Fruity and floral under the heat. Try fermented sauce. It mellows the heat.
