I love to snag what I call "kitchen miracles", cheap (and sometimes cheaply made) small tools that do tedious tasks faster and easier than when done by hand.
I've got a plastic apple peeler, several small food processer/choppers, a cheese shredder turning drum gizmo.
And now this..
It works great on bell peppers and larger jalapenos, but the jalapeno coring device won't work on normal size peppers, but works great on big ones.

We are much like you, we have tried many different "kitchen miracles". I have a smaller pepper coring tool, this one is interesting. Many of the "kitchen miracles" end up in a garage sale or donation, but one that we absoltely love is the Fullstar Veggie chopper. Totally worth the money, it is a huge time saver and tear free onion chopping!

I have one of these pepper corers for jalapenos that came with one of my ABT racks, but I mostly prefer the "Boat" method to the whole peppers in a rack method.

I have a similar tool, and I prefer to do "boats" as well, but still use this to core and remove the veins and seeds then cut them in half and finish cleaning them up before stuffing.

I still have the original Kitchen Miracle I bought back around 2008/2010.

I really thought I was gonna see this.

I have the cabinet over the fridge for my "gadget"hording. God only knows what's in there. Many of you know that I'm a gadget guy. And I'm certain there are things in there that I bought on a whim. And never even opened!

I’m already shocked!
They should have paired it with the “BassMaster”….

I have a Milwaukee hole saw that is only used to core bell peppers. Not on a drill, just hold it and twist into the top of the pepper. We de-seed, blacken and freeze a few bushels of red bell peppers every year. When needed, thaw, peel, oil, splash of vinegar (optional), lots of raw garlic, a little salt, and some parsley just for color. We think freezing with the skin on protects them in the freezer.
