Made some pizza on the pellet smoker for the wife and I. Simple ingredient list. Bacon which I precooked, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, dried basil flakes, dried chives, delgrosso’s pizza sauce and some ranch to finish. About 10-12 min @ 400F on the pellet smoker. Turned out amazing. Next time I might pull it alittle sooner about 10 min so the crust would be alittle lighter.
