Decided to try out the pellet grill for some homemade pizzas. It was too hot to cook in the house so figured what the heck.
First one was just pepperoni and mozzarella cheese for my son.
The second one I had some leftover pulled pork from the weekend along with some fresh roasted red peppers, olives and I caramelized some onions for the wife and I.
Both pizzas turned out great. There were no leftovers.
Thanks for looking

Looks great! Did you use a pizza stone or go right on the grates? Also, homemade dough?
Right on the grates... I mentioned to my wife we should get a stone....she agreed.
This was the maiden voyage for pizza on the new pellet grill.
I tried a recipe for dough with plain yogurt and flour and it works really well.
Thanks

My family could eat pizza daily also.
Good luck with your pie tonight.
Thanks

Looks good. I just got my pellet smoker and have been wanting to try pizza and smoked queso.
Do you have the dough recipe?
What temps did you set your smoker to?
