I have a deal on a bag of Apple pellets. The bag says good for any pellet grill.

Can I use it for smoking in my smoke vault? BGE?

Well I used them for some cold smoking some Polish sausage in the smoke Vault. They worked out well. good smoke flavor.

 I paid $20 for a 40 lb of Apple pellets.

I am going to try to do some ribs soon and use them for that.
