Completely spaced this out!

So...Not much to say other than they impart a decent flavor that's stronger than fruitwoods but nothing as strong as say mesquite.

Done three smokes with boneless chicken thighs, pork loin and fish and all tasted good.Haven't done beef yet but hopefully this weekend and if I ever get around to those damn almonds I'm going use the pecan shell pellets also.

Burns very well as a whole pellet and burns exceptionally well as dust.
