Peanut Question

Hi.  I was wondering if anyone has cold smoked peanuts and if anyone has just used salted peanuts from a can. Im going to try cold smoking some cheese and thought i might try some peanuts also.  Thanks

Just so everyone knows you can take slted peanuts out of the can and smoke them. Put them on after i pulled some cheese and left them on for about 2 hours. Tastes great

I did some canned nuts and they turn out good, I sealed them in a bag and let them sit around for two week. They were good and spicy. Gave them away at xmas and everyone like them. Peanuts were in the mixed nuts.

Did the nuts like GO4ABLISS. Sorry I did't think to take pics this time. Also did mozarella sticks and 2 blocks of cheese. Tried some mozzerella last night and it was great. Waiting 2 weeks on the other cheese.

I do want to try doing the nuts too.  Have about 10 pounds of pecans I want to smoke!  Looks great to me!  Ya did good!

I smoked about 4lbs of nuts in that pic. Im sick right now with the flu. But as soon as im well I got another 4lbs to do. This flu is so bad.....been sick for week so far

I havent done peanuts but I've done pecans, I'll have to try that

Well I did the peanuts using oak pellets  for about 3.5 hrs and they turned out very good. The first time i only left them on about an hour or so but not enough smoke. trie them i think youll like them
