Keep posting these cooks Chris! I'm using my 22" kettle 4 or 5 times a week and looking for ideas. Your post are inspiring me as I fall back into the charcoal grill adventures. Done gone through a few backs of Kinsford BB so I grabbed a couple more bags of B & B lump yesterday. There's a lot more choices in charcoal over the last 10 years or so. I'm back on a learning/relearning curve & It's on around my house right now :)

I'd love to of tried one of those PBBE. They look fabulous and those are pics that we can smell!

They look great! And I've got a PB to use up. Might put a little honey in with the BBQ sauce.
