Featured PBBE With A Side Salad!!

Hey all, so recently been on a higher protein diet with fewer carbs. I cannot do no carb… those of you that can… a tip of the cap to you! My respect to you

This is just a simple post. The PBBE and salad pics can speak…

I will say, we enjoyed the meal so much and will do again.

I will also say, having lost now 15+ pounds… I feel so much better overall.

Enough about my old redneck butt… here’s some food pics!

PBBE, a baby spinach salad with cilantro lime ranch dressing.

Low carb doesn’t have to be a flavorless lifestyle!

I will say, likely one of my fav meals ever! Loved this as the fam did.

Trying to balance a change in my lifestyle and not pushing it on anyone…. this was a personal choice. But, can be a bit of a challenge… but I think this hit the mark!

Now going to warm up some leftovers and catch the Food City 500. Go Ryan Blaney… when he wins and gives the checkered flag to a young kid… just makes me proud to be a fan if his.

The burnt ends look great, meat with a salad is one of my favorite meals. We also try to keep carbs to a minimum, lost 65lbs that way many years ago (pretty hard core originally but maint. Mode or regular life is much more forgiving). Basically through the week we are very low carb, no bread, pasta, starch but on the weekend anything goes. Even had chocolate chip cookies in bed last night .

Great looking meal, I'd sit down to that in a heart beat!

Looks great to me. I keep making small attempts to do a diet adjustment such as yours but with a busy life and my line of work starting to pick up it is too easy just go the fast/lazy route for food.
I did however reduce my pizza intake from 8 slices to 4 plus now when I cut the pizza it is a little less wear on the pizza cutter
