Since 1899, there has been a continuously operated plant here in downtown Fort Worth producing pasta products called "O.B. Macaroni Co.": http://www.obmacaroni.com/
It's just off Vickery and within blocks of downtown I-35W South, you can see it from the highway!
As this is such a relevant side dish to so many of our meat products, I thought I'd just point out a few things from their website:

They do advertise on their website that if you need a specialty pasta made, they will work with you, also!
