The day after I made baby back pork ribs I was browsing YouTube and Meatchurchbbq posted a video of making party ribs with beef short ribs. My mouth was watering and sure enough my local Walmart had the beef short ribs in stock.

I fired up the smoker with Hickory and placed them in.

I ran it a little hotter right at 300F. when the ribs got to IT of 165F they were placed in a tray with Jack Daniels Honey BBQ and a slab of butter. They were covered for about 30 minutes.

They were placed back on the grill and let dry for about 15 minutes until the IT was 195F. Everyone loved them and I will add this to my top of things to smoke for now on.

I also made a big bowl of macaroni salad.
