Smoking on a Primo Grill.
20lb rib roast
average temp is probably around 230, unless all of my gauges are wrong!

5 hours into it and temps of meat are around 130! I am thinking there is NO WAY, but things do see to finosh quicker in the Primo.

Thoughts?
And if it is done, what to do, what to do? It's 1:15 and dinner isn't until at least 7:00.
I am thinking there is NO way 20lbs is done in 5 hours!

Yes 20 lbs. could easily be done in 5 hours, it's the thickness of the meat not the pounds.
Hopefully you took it off & didn't over cook it.
