I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts or experience on vacuuming sealing multiple types of smoked cheese together in the same bag. I’ve smoked several different types of cheeses using different types of pellets and plan on giving them as gifts for the holiday. I cut the purchased blocks into smaller sizes prior to smoking them. I was wondering if I could vacuum seal a few various cheeses together. Or would there be any ill effect in doing so?

We vacuum seal different types in the same bag all the time. I smoke blocks of different types then when we go to vacuum seal we cut the blocks into smaller pieces not cubes but larger pieces and mix them up then vacuum seal so when the package is opened there is a variety in the package
