Sometimes it just to hot or dont feel like firing up the smoker. This is a friends mothers recipe and it is so good. Lightly season and let sit for few hours. I used Atkins since I was out of Jeff's sweet heat which I have since corrected. Set oven to 325. Put butt in dutch oven and pour 1/2 cup soy sauce and 1/3 cup water. Let go 5 hours. For a 7 lb this is spot on. Let rest than use juices to make make a gravy and pull pork. Mix gravy into meat. This is so good! Did another batch of my Honey Garlic Habanero pecans today. Man those are good. A few of you have been lucky enough to receive some of these but I have the recipe posted. Wish I could edit as I do have some minor changes mainly use the convection setting on oven so they not as sticky.

Looks great Brian! Not everything needs to be smoked. Think I could dump the meat into that pot of gravy and call it MINE lol!

Send me a pm where your thread is and what changes you want made and will see if I can do it for you. Not sure I saw that thread... or if I did I forgot.
