Made oven braised brisket yesterday for game day ! Braised in beef broth butter garlic black pepper worst sauce and dash of liquid smoke ! In the oven for 4 hours at 225 ! 2 hours at 250 ! And 1 hour at 275 ! Pulled at internal 218 ! Browned both sides in broiler ! Chilled down and chipped on the slicer for sandwiches ! Had ours on homemade artisan sub rolls that I made the day before ! We had melted Velveeta and mild hot salsa and corn chips for a snack ! Gave me the idea of putting melted Velveeta and salsa on my sandwich ! Came out really good and super tender !
