OTBS

Are you meaning new or different OTBS badges? Or something else?

Perhaps other badges for different accomplishments... haven't really thought it through haha... I'm not a master, not a chef ... more of a culinary meddler.

There are however, other people that do deserve recognition on here that aren't mods or admins etc. Just throwing out ideas for people to have goals?

Please keep OTBS the way it is.

If you start handing out "badges" for every little accomplishment then it kind of makes OTBS irrelevant.

Keep doing what you always do and maybe one morning you wake up with that yellow banner under your name.

Don't fix what ain't broken.

Deserves recognition? I believe anyone that posts a thread and gets put on the carousel is recognition. The rest of this is us just sharing our cooks... and maybe some enabling along the way!

Fair enough!

Understandable!

I agree with that, Norm. Most of us with the banner were just going about our business in the forum. Posting cooks, helping out fellow members (especially new ones) with a cook and advice.

It's a double edged sword because on the other side, we have been honored but are expected to conduct ourselves with a higher standard of decorum in our interactions with the forum.
