Orange Citrus Turkey

Doing my first Turkey in my life. Dry brimed with a Orange Pecan Rub and smoking at 275 -300 with Pecan and Apple, wish me luck!!!

I combined John Herry's Pecan rub and Tang. I will be using this combination again.
