Hi everyone

Glad I found this site as I love to cook and really enjoy firing up a smoker and getting some ribs and chicken going. I alway throw some lamb neck bones on also. They are done pretty quick and it's something to munch on while I wait. Well worth trying if you haven't done that yet.

I'm looking for a new smoker as my old cheapo stopped holding a decent temperature so any commments or suggestions are welcome. Something that will hold the temp pretty even for long periods of time will make me very happy.

I see you have a tomato section and I grow heirlooms every year. Here in South Florida our gowing season is  starting soon and I'm all set. Many pic's will be coming.

Thanks for letting me hang around here.
