Big. Mac. Egg. Rolls.

Started with an eggroll wrapper, a piece of American cheese, groung beef, chopped pickles, and a bit of coleslaw mix (don't worry, I picked the carrot piece out)

Rolled up and ready for their bath in 400° tallow.

Plated and served with fries and Big Mac Sauce. And a Mr. Pibb.

Was a huge hit, kids were both in total amazement of this concept, and it was so easy. Will be a regular weeknight meal.

Now to relax, let it digest, and retire to my whiskey and cigar room for some after dinner treats.
