Ole Hickory Pit

Built in 2006. Exellent condition. Two owner unit

Smoker has 15 removable stainless steel rib racks. Each rack is 12 inches wide by 30 inches long. Total cooking surface is 37.5 square feet. Propane assisted wood burning pit but can be fitted for gas.

Ribs (3 & down)- 30
Turkey- 10
Baby back ribs- 45
Chicken (whole)/(half)- 30/90
Boston butt- 20
Brisket (12lb)- 20
This unit has very little use. Been stored undercover and the last 6 years has been sitting in storage with no use. I've used pit to do some test cooks a handful of times and it works great with no problems!
All around great unit and needs nothing! Pit will be garage kept until sold. Pickup only or could possible deliver for additional cost.
